My alarm went off at 5:15 a.m this morning. I snoozed until 5:20 a.m.
Even though I slept very well, I was still exhausted (AND SORE) from the workout the night before. I finished the workout, but I wasn’t able to give it my best; it was impossible! All my muscles felt so tight and every bit of me ached.
I got the girls and I ready for work/daycare and I could barely walk around the office. Of course, it didn’t help that I was wearing 4 1/2 inch heels, but I wasn’t about to let a little pain ruin my glamour. But I’m pretty sure I was walking around as if I had just given birth to triplets, all three at the same time.

However, I have been eating like an animal way too long. Only an hour and a half later, I had to make an emergency run with a coworker and had this:
I am SO weak when it comes to food.
I’ll give it another try tomorrow. For now, I must hit the sack, I am exhausted and another 5:15 a.m workout awaits tomorrow.
